The 500 Litre Mild Steel Fuel Bowser Trailer from Trailers and Tankers is a compact, durable, and cost-effective mobile fuel transport solution designed for safely transporting and storing diesel and other approved fuels. Built for farms, construction sites, municipalities, plant hire companies, workshops, and fleet operators, this trailer combines strength, reliability, and ease of towing in a lightweight design.

Manufactured in South Africa using a robust 75 x 38 mm heavy-duty U-channel steel chassis, the trailer is fitted with a 2.5 mm hot-rolled mild steel fuel tank, providing excellent durability and long service life in demanding working environments.

With a 750 kg Gross Vehicle Mass (GVM), this lightweight single-axle trailer is easy to tow behind most passenger vehicles, bakkies, and light commercial vehicles. It features a 40 mm round axle rated for 750 kg, 13-inch wheels, and a 48 mm heavy-duty single-wheel jockey wheel for easy manoeuvrability.

The trailer is equipped with a 750 kg non-braked cast coupler (rated to 1500 kg) and is ideal for lighter-duty fuel transport applications where a braking system is not required.

To ensure maximum road safety and compliance, the trailer includes a 4-in-1 halogen lighting system with brake, park, indicator, and number plate lights, together with a 7-pin trailer plug, front and rear reflectors, a full-width 1150 mm rear chevron board, and 50 mm yellow reflective tape covering approximately 70% of both trailer sides.

Supplied as a base trailer, this bowser can be customised with a wide range of optional equipment including diesel transfer pumps, hose reels, automatic shut-off nozzles, flow meters, filtration systems, battery systems, lockable toolboxes, and other dispensing accessories to suit your business requirements.
