The heavy-duty chassis is manufactured from 100 x 50 mm U-channel steel, delivering exceptional structural strength for long-term commercial use. The trailer is equipped with 14-inch wheels, a 60 mm heavy-duty double jockey wheel, and a 3-ton galvanised cast iron braked coupler with integrated damper, ensuring smooth towing and improved control under load.
For maximum road safety and compliance, the trailer includes a 4-in-1 halogen lighting system featuring brake, park, indicator, and number plate lights, together with a 7-pin trailer plug, front and rear reflectors, a full-width 1150 mm rear chevron board, and 50 mm yellow reflective tape covering approximately 70% of both trailer sides.
Supplied as a base trailer, this unit can be customised with optional diesel transfer pumps, hose reels, automatic nozzles, fuel flow meters, filtration systems, lockable toolboxes, battery systems, and other dispensing equipment to suit your operational requirements.
